Hi, I have the above points for rent. I am asking for

$22pp for BCV and GCV

$21 for BWV, AKV and BLT

$18 for all other resorts within the 7-month window

I have rented many times and can provide a contract if necessary.

I ask for 50% deposit when the reservation is confirmed and the other 50% by 90 days prior to check in. I take Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal (however, you will be responsible for PayPal fees).

Change or cancellation - I will help you as long as there is availability and based on the DVC rules to rebook. However, the points are yours and they are subject to their expiration dates.
