We're experienced DVC owners since 1997 and use the simple rental agreement suggested on this forum. References are available, upon request.

We respond to EMAILED inquiries quicker. Posting here MAY delay our response.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before we actually book your reservation, we ask for a $100 PayPal good faith deposit, fully refundable if we are unable to book for any reason.

Please note that once your reservation is confirmed balance is due immediately.
Should a legitimate hardship arise before check-in, we will work with you to help re-rent your reservation however there are no refunds. All transactions are final.

We accept and prefer PayPal (+3% PP surcharge applies unless you chose Friend's & Family for the transfer, which is 0)

Hi Lisa, what size would you need? Studio, 1, 2 or Grand Villa (3 BR); Villa is typically what they refer to as the 3 BR so just want to be sure before I run the search for you. Bob

I checked every set of dates against all resorts and found only one set of dates 12/15-17 available, Studio, 36 points - and I'm thinking that won't be around for long - so let me know - very busy time of year obviously.
