I'm not really sure I understand the question, but I'll give an answer a shot. If you wanted to stay at the Beach Club Villas in a studio villa from January 8 to January 15 it would be 107 points. To "rent" that reservation, you would pay $9.50 per point to me and I make the reservation for you as a DVC member. There are no additional taxes - that's what you pay to stay there for the week. Renting out individual points happens, but usually only to members who are short a few points for their reservation. I hope this is the info you were looking for. I just reread my original post, and it made no sense. Sorry about that. I was looking into only renting enough points for 3 nights, Jan 15th-18th. I understand its $9.50 a point. Do we get an option of the Villas in Orlando, or is it only the Beach ones. Thank you for the help/

You can choose from any of the Disney Vacation Club resorts, based on availability, which are not limited to the Beach Club Villas. See this link: http://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/destinations/resorts/

Keep in mind, because my points are in a holding account I can only book for you 2 months out, which means I couldn't make this reservation for you until November 15.

Depending upon what resort you choose, you are probably looking at between 40-60 points for those 3 nights.

I don't own DVC so I have no idea how the point system works. I'm planning a trip to Disney Beach Club for the end of October 2010. If I purchased your points, how does that work towards my stay.
(i.e how many points is a week at Disney Beach Club - 1 Bedroom going to cost me total) I'm actually planning on going for 10 days..tentatively arriving 10/28/10 and leaving 11/6 or 11/7

Can you check and see if you can get DSSR one bedroom check in on October 24th, Check out on October 29. You can also try DAKV for the same dates in a one bedroom, savanna view. Prefer DAKV. Let me know your thoughts. I know you cant check until the 24th due to the 60 day rule.

I would be very interested, if there is anything available for a studio or 1 BRM in AKV 9/29/10 - 10/4/10. I already have a trip booked AKL, but can cancel my reservation. I am looking into purchasing DVC and I think renting may be a good way for me to see it.
