I can do reservations 11 months out for Old Key West and Saratoga Springs and 7 months from check in for any other resorts. Price will be $18 per point, 20% will be required once reservation is emailed to you and the full payment will be required 60 days before check in.

Available Points: 116 OKW. If more points are required I can pull from my 2025 OKW 150 points and 100 SSR

It would be 127 points and yes it does sleep 5. my bad on the studios. Some resorts it can sleep up to 5.

There are no studios available during that date range. The only availability for that date range is a one bedroom at SSR for 154 points. Let me know if that works for you.

I'm just starting to look for points prior to our 7 month window because I know that it's a popular room. (4 guests. 2 adults, 2 children (ages 9 & 6 at time of travel)

Colleen, I currently do not have another renter lined up. I am glad to be able to help you with trying to get this booked. I'd say if i don't have anybody else come along we could attempt to get you booked once the 7 month window opens. If you'd like to remind me once the 20th approaches I'll get you a rental contract over so we can try and get it booked for ya.

There are no rooms available during that window. For that time of year you really have to be closer to the 11 month window to get that booked. let me know if there are any other dates I can check for you.
