Are the 30 points still available? If so, would you be willing to accept less $/point? $6/point? I was looking for a studio at OKW for Dec 20-23 for 2 adults/1 child. This is very last minute!! It would require 24 points. Not sure if there would even be any availability for those dates at OKW. I wanted to see what was available first, as far as renting points, before I make a final decision.

Yes the 30 Points are available at 7.50 and I will take paypal. However any points I have to use from 2010 year above the 30 would be 10.00 per point.

I'm still looking for a last minute 12/20-12/23 reservation (leaving the 23rd). Studio preferred, but we'd take anything at any resort that 's reasonable. Depending on resort, that should come in just under your 30, although if it goes over, we'd pay the $10 for the extra points required. IF there is a choice, we've stayed at OKW and SSR ... we like them, but something different would be nice. We'll eventually be buying DVC ourselves and are trying to make the rounds first. I've rented previously, and can paypal today if there's a ressie available. Open to partial on those days as well.

Are you out of points to rent? I've never done this before...am interested in 4 nights during the first week of February (this is not a peak time, right?). I don't know the villas, but I hope to visit Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Any recommendations?
