Hello and thank you for looking. I am an experienced Owner and love helping folks with their Disney vacations. I have many points for rent. My home resorts are Boardwalk (BWV), Bay Lake Tower (BLT), Old Key West (OKW), Saratoga Springs (SSR), and Vero Beach (VB).

Most importantly, I can also book at ALL Disney resorts within the 7-month window.
I am renting at $20 per point for Boardwalk and Bay Lake Tower and $19 for Old Key West, Saratoga Springs and Vero Beach. I can do my home resorts at the 11 month window.

Please Private Message (pm) me if you have any requests. I will need:
- Preferred Resort
- Room Type (Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom) and view, if applicable
- Dates of Travel

I am happy to correspond with you through pm to help you with your requests. It does help if you do a preliminary check on availability if you know how. If not, I am glad to look for you.
Once we find your dates and resort, You will need to provide names (Including Mr. Mrs. Miss, etc), home address, phone number, email address and ages of people in your party (if under 18) for the reservation so I can complete properly.
I ask for 50% deposit at the time of reservation confirmation. The remaining balance (50%) is due 60 days prior to check-in. I take PayPal (friends/family no fee) or you will have to cover the PayPal fees (3.5%), if use a credit card. I can also process an Electronic check (E check) or accept or Venmo or Zelle.

Also, I am more than happy to do a rental agreement as well. I have rented to people many times and can provide references if needed. Please contact me via the PM. I look forward to helping you.

We are looking for BLT for a week in December beginning around December *** nights. We are requesting a 2 Bedroom Standard or Lake view. Lead Guest will be my daughter, Krista Cowell 18+, the remaining party includes Allen Cowell 18+, Lynda Barnes 18+, Roger Barnes 18+, Kaysen Sartor 8, Kolsen Cowell 4, and Kathryn Cowell infant. Hi Paul,
I’m guessing this is a long shot as it is so soon, but I am looking to try and book 1 or 2 nights sometime between January 26-end of February.
We had a trip lined up for next week, but my mom is now sick and the weather for travelling is looking bad, so I’ve made the decision to cancel . Of course my kids are so sad, so scrambling to plan something if possible.
Ideally would be a resort studio at either the Poly, Grand Floridian, Beach club or Boardwalk, because we need to sleep 5. Possibly open to Contemprary.
Again, very flexible on dates.
Thanks so much for considering, since I know this is a small amount of points and more of a pain for you.
My kiddos have had a tough year and this was something we were so looking forward to.
