Points for Non-DVC Resorts

My DH and I are considering purchasing a DVC membership. I have a couple of questions. How many points does it cost to stay in non-DVC resorts like the GF?

Also - do the resorts have regular rooms that we can use or points on or are they all studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, etc. ?

GF, Garden View, Holiday Season = 118 points per night

You can stay at all resorts but they are very expensive pioints wise

All the WDW DVC resorts have studios, one bedrooms & two bedrooms. Some have 3 bedroom Grand Villas. OKW studios are pretty close to a regular hotel room, they have 2 queen beds..no sleeper sofa.

The regular WDW non-DVC resorts, of course, have regular rooms.

Vero Beach has regular inn rooms available as part of DVC.
