Point Transfers

I have never done a point transfer, so here is my question. I have 160 points at BLT, 100 points at AKV. Currently for my 2011 use year I have 200 points at AKV. Could I transfer those points to my BLT contract??? And if so, is it still 7 mth window even if I transfer them all to BLT? I am confused on how this works and the benefit of it. Do you have one or two membership numbers? If only one, you can't transfer points between the sub-contracts.

Transferred Points retain their original home resort and use year.

I have one membership number. So basically, a transfer would be useless in almost all cases for me correct? I just want to make sure I'm not missing out on anything here lol

i have many contracts but i dont think you can transfer say okw into beach club

Transfers happen between memberships. Since you own all your points under the same one, you don't need to transfer. At 7 months, all your points can be used together.

Even when you get a transfer, the points stay with their home resort and UY. So, BLT points will always be BLT points and can only be used at BLT until 7 months prior to travel.
