Point Transfer Question regarding using points for Disney Collection

We have the potential ability to extend our upcoming May trip by 3 days but there are no studios or 1 bdrms available at VGC at this late date so I am considering using points to stay at Disneyland hotel or Paradise Pier. I am 30-36 points short of being able to make this reservation however so I will likely seek to buy a point transfer from a member. Are there any issues with converting transferred points into reservation points? Is it relatively easy to find someone willing to make such a small point transfer?
