POFQ king bed rates?

So, I went to this page from another thread, and it says that the POFQ charges more for rooms with king beds. Is this still the case? We're on a FL Res discount - does it make a difference then? My mother and I booked through Dreams Unlimited, and they put king bed on the ressie. We could really care less, but does anybody know where the king rooms are? Would we be better off with doubles?

Now I'm worried! What should I do?

Here's how it works ....

People who want to guarantee some type of upgrade, such as a king size bed, must reserve and pay for that feature. A room with a king size bed at any of Disney's Moderate resorts (such as POFQ) costs an extra $15-$26 per night, depending on season.

If you merely request a room with a king size bed, it's possible that request might be granted if there are any available for your length of stay, but I wouldn't count on it. King size beds at the moderates are in very small numbers, and are sprinkled throughout the resorts (rather than all being on one section just for rooms with king size beds). Plus, even if they DO have one available, the CM might offer it to you only at the extra per night cost and not as a free upgrade.

If it's important to you, make sure it's booked as a part of your reservation and not just as a request on your reservation.

I also want to make sure you realize that a room with a king size bed has only one king size bed and not two ....
