POFQ-Busses to Disney Springs

I am staying at POFQ in December for the 5th time and I usually take the boat to Disney Springs but my last morning I would like to get to DS early and I know the boats don't start running until 10am. Do the busses to Disney Springs start running earlier than the boats? thanks

Disney's site has this:

• Bus service between Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs is available during Disney Springs operating hours—and ends one hour after closing.

And DS hours are normally 10am - 11pm, so it looks like the buses won't start until 10 also.
