POFQ Busses and MK

Am staying at POFQ and attending MVMCP. What is the bus situation from POFQ to the MK? How long does it take? How many stops? I will have my personal vehicle. I am just staying overnight for the party but thought I might take the bus if it isnt too much of a hassle?? Also retruning from the MK the night of the party to POFQ. Will the busses be extremly crowded??

Generally POFQ shares a bus with POR. If this occurs there would be a total of 5 stops I believe (4 at POR and one at POFQ). Generally POFQ gets dropped home first, but that doesn't always happen.

At busier times of year (like in July when I went) I've seen times at the MK where POFQ has it's own bus. In that case you just wait for your bus to arrive and there is one stop at POFQ.

I have never found waiting for buses for POFQ to be a hassle. The longest I waited for a bus at a very busy time of year was probably 30 minutes after Fantasmic on July 4th.

Hi,

We are are POR right now and we went to the MK last night. POFQ shares buses going to the MK with POR. There are four stops at the POR but if the bus fills prior to making the four stops they will skip the remaining stop and head directly to the MK.

Coming back we say two lines. One for Port Orleans FQ and one of Port Orleans Riverside. We got on the POR bus at the MK and went directly to POR.

actually the POR and POFQ only share buses to and from MK til about 4pm after that they have there own buses and seperate bus stops at MK FQ is stop 12 and POR is stop 13.

I agree with this, this is the way it was for us last visit to FQ. Which was very nice BTW

I vote for the bus to MK. If you take your car you have to go through the parking lot entrance gates (where there may be a small wait), park, walk to the tram, ride the tram to TTC, then choose boat or monorail to get to the park. The bus drops you off right by the entrance.
