Pocket Gimbal - Smoovie - with extension

I have a handheld gimbal called a Smoovie (http://www.pocketsmoovie.com/). It holds the camera steady when walking. It has an extension on it that drops the counterbalance no more than 6". To the untrained, it looks like it could be an extendable selfie stick (although a really short one) but really it would do no good to hold the camera by that counterbalance. Do you think they will refuse to let me bring it in the park?

If they do refuse, I don't want to throw it away or go all the way back to the hotel - is there somewhere nearby I can store it until I can grab it on the way out? Or am I risking having to pitch it?

I still carry my Osmo into the parks all the time and what you have looks no different.

They have a way for you to store and retrieve at Guest Services, but you won't need to.

I brought my GoPro Karma grip into the parks and was only asked about it twice. I just told them it didn't extend and they said it was fine.
