PO French Quarter Breakfast starts?

I read that the food court at PO French Quarter opens at 6:00am, but what time do they actually open to order full breakfast meals? Want to catch an early bus, so this information would be helpful. Thanks.

Also do they still serve diet caffeine free soda (pepsi,coke??)

I believe they open the full kitchen for breakfaast at 7:00am.

I'm not sure about the soda question, I don't drink it - sorry!!
