My friend, I dropped by her house one day and I told her everyone was going to the club for NYE. She says, well who is everyone. I list everyone that we know, etc. She says, well is this person going. I said no. She says, well then, not everyone is going then!

Seriously I am falling apart!! She had to be there for 6, concert at 7. Ok, me and my bright ideas decided I am making thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, dont ask!!! Just trying to not think about work.
So I need a few more items and head over to the store. Talked on the phone for a bit, try to get out of the car and forgot about the seat belt which nearly mugged me at this point. Friend on the phone laughs and says my safety is in danger, you know that whole multitasking business and we get off the phone.
Ok, get my few items, come out, unload the 3 bags and bam!!!! Slipped on ice, muddie but!!
Great! Now race home, 15 mins each way, change pants, race back down.
Sorta "make" a parking space and run into the bldg!!!!!!!!!!
Look at time 7:04. Yes!
Swing open the doors and step in.
I am now at the BACK of the auditorium, BUT WITH THE CHORALE GROUP AND ALL EYES ARE NOW ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quickly assess that the older group is singing in the back, where I am idiotically standing.
Give a quick wave and slink back out the door.
Somebody just shoot me

Oh yeah, you all do know DH is out of town, right!? I need you guys to babysit me. Freaking Merle is baking cookies and has no time for me! And now that I went and googled Female Peeping Tom, I will never get to sleep!

Sorry I was trying to bake and talk at the same time and it just wouldn't work. Then I had to clean the kitchen and take a shower. I think I burned the cracker candy. It is outside right now cooling, no room in the fridge.

Yes but it did it over time! It started out fine then started to get a golden brown. I stirred the whole time, didn't stop. I think the heat was just too high. I'll check it here soon, should cool pretty quickly, it's colder outside than in the fridge.

My candy is dandy!

It did not burn it just cooked to a harder consistancy, looks and tastes kind of like toffee! And I made it with chocolate graham crackers.

OK got here read up and now everyone has gone to bed. Im still having terrible headache from my neck spasms..Im thinking another trip to the DR might be in order. Maybe Friday.
