Anybody know how to make beer brats with sauerkraut? Do you cook the kraut in the beer, too?

I would assume you just let your brats drink some beer and if they drink enough then they might actually eat the sauerkraut. But I really don't recommend this! I think if anyone finds out you could get in a lot of trouble!

WTH??? How does that happen??? Heck, I saw a commercial yesterday that said they now sell it at the grocery store--tell them to go to the store and buy some and give you your coffee!

It has to get better now. Just remember--YOU HAVE A NEW JOB!!!

btw those that heard about my breaking of my lathe yesterday... my repaired part is home now. hoping i t holds together . altho i have found nice purchaSeable giftts in case i have to purchase for the exchange

I know. Thank God. I have to work 8:30-6:15 every day though. and no Dis-ing But I do get out early on Tuesdays to coach my kid's basketball.

No DIS at work sucks. But it is beats unemployment. And working for a mostly women firm sounds like a cool opportunity.

I don't have time to be sick. The girls have a show tonight, dress rehearsal for dance tomorrow, recital Saturday morning, practice Saturday afternoon and a show in Seattle on Sunday. I don't have any time to fit in having a cold!

Congrats on New job Tiff, unforuntately life always throws us curve balls, and it sucks! I have no internet privilieges at my job either, if we do break the rules, no job! and yes we sign papers.

We are having pecan crusted mahi mahi, with ginger fruit salsa, jasmine rice and some kind of veggie.

We eat so fancy!

Uh, dh usually boils the brats in beer, then puts them on the grill. Then, if we have company that likes kraut, I open the can of kraut after the brats come off the grill.

cloudy.. cold.. windy.. my lathe is not ready to use,,( have to let the repaired part cool slowly in front of heater for 24 hours, ) i may spend the day in my bath robe and make chili for supper.


either that or pork chops, greens from the garden , dry beans, and cornbread.



but most likely chili.

OK, I am about on the brink of insanity!

I think we will head over to Target and look around. I have to get some pictures printed for a project this week in Sunday School and look for some other things to add to it. UGH!
