I bought DH a Disney cookbook for Christmas and tonight we are having Cheddar Cheese Soup from Le Cellier...steak and baked potato. Then that little darling bought me a slice of german chocolate cake----my all time favorite.

I have disney cookbooks in my collection -- love them

teva, even I would have eye contact with my DH if he did all that (minus the German guy...I had one of those who had a crush on me for awhile and that was enough for me ). OK, I really wouldn't make eye contact with him, but I would at least entertain the idea.

Nice post, 4's. And I'm glad that you're going to the dr. It's not good to ignore the medical stuff. I haven't ever had a spinal tap, but I would most certainly ask the dr about that. My guess is that you have to stay awake so you can alert them if there is a problem, but that's totally guessing and not based on any factual information.

OK, so I need some help. I decided I want to plan a special trip for mine and DH's 25th anniversary in July. I wanted to do Disney because we have spent a few anniversaries there but now I'm thinking something else. I'd love to do a cruise or somewhere tropical. Money is tight so it can't be over the top (which is why Disney would work since we have a room and tickets).

Any thoughts?

Can I just tell you that my dh could fly me to Germany, park me at a table with a big bowl of Cheddar cheese soup, a whole freakin' cake and a couple of hot German guys to hand feed me and there still wouldn't be eye contact in his future.

Well I finally called the Drs to set up an appointment. I'm going on about a 2 week headache now and I've had enough. I also need to talk with them about the shaking and jerking that has returned and of course this exhuastion. I'm sure they will just refer me back for that spinal tap which I just don't want to do. Would they put me out for that if I asked?

I know, thats what makes it so hard to pass on. I'm thinking maybe if we approach the trip differently it might make a difference. Like not spending alot of times in the parks but more time relaxing at the resorts, renting boats and such. I don't know.....

4's, how about some time at WDW and a couple days at the beach, either the ocean or the gulf? Vero Beach or Hilton Head would also be options and you could still have a taste of Disney staying there. Montreal is fun, but living where you do you've probably done that plenty of times.

We have never been to Montreal believe it or not! We've talked many times about going. Now that's a good idea. I'm going to go check some stuff out. Or maybe a cruise up to Nova Scotia might be nice too. Here I've been thinking south whereas north that time of year might not be too bad.
