Good evening all. I am off of work for the next week. Woo Hoo:woohoo:

Just not the Love Boat. ;)

I haven't done a darn thing this afternoon. At least I did something this morning, so the day isn't a total waste, but I could have done something. We have yummy leftovers from last night, so no cooking tonight. :woohoo:

Happy napping, Kelly.

How are you doing, Angel?

Hell No not the Love Boat!!

:rotfl: :rotfl: that's a fun game. I have a wiffle ball bat you can borrow. :teeth:

Me too ;)
As for me, I have my vow of jolly and a wonderfull friends and family :grouphug: Rebecca and I were trying to get home with traffic and I found myself at a light at a bridge. I honestly started to feel sick, if I went over the bridge I would have passed my office. Still hurts, still trying to grasp all of this :sad2:
So I turned at the light, turned up the music and sang at the top of my lungs :thumbsup2

Thing 2 called 911.

I was trying to get rid of my migraine and lying down, dh got off early but also decided to take a nap. Thing 2 came to tell me there was a bad show on TV, so I went to fix it for him. Then the doorbell rings and there is the Fire Department and EMTs putting their gloves on. They said didn't I hear the phone ringing back and I said I had been napping. So after they left the phone rang again and it was the police so I told them it was my 5 year old. We talked about when to call 911 and what they were unable to do since they were wasting time on our problem that wasn't a problem. He's upstairs contemplating that.

Dh is in disbelief that he would do that. I keep saying it does happen. He says our older son didn't. Well, yeah, that's cause the kid kept thinking the number was 991 until last year. He says he didn't do it.........I said firstly, how does he know, maybe he did and doesn't remember and secondly, they weren't teaching it in school when we were kids.

Shhh....hey guys guess what.....I just offered someone the vacant position I've had for the last two months! :cool1:

My life may actually return to the usual level of insane!!!

ETA...gotta get back to my cleaning...I'll be back later

Back

I think I'm getting a cold. :sad1:

Did you all see my pizza story?

I did see your pizza story! Was the pizza cold or warm...you said it was cooked?! Did you eat it?

A decent day here. Took Z to her playdate at 10, and ran to the grocery store. Got my last gifts taken care of there, plus Christmas breakfast items. Then went to dd7s class to help with her party. It was pretty fun. Luckily I did go, as there were only two other parents there...they needed the help.

They did a reindeer ornament, some coloring thing and decorated gingerbread cookies. Then we played SNOWY (winter version of BINGO).

Then, they had their gift exchange...books. They each started with the one they brought in. The teach read this cute little story and they had to pass the book to the Left or Right when the part of the story said left or right.

So, dd ends up with a really cool book. It was hard covered, pirate themed, like real pirates, not the Caribbean ones. The pages were puzzles.

Anyway, my first thought is, she is going to love that. NO, she says, I DON"T LIKE THIS BOOK, I DON"T WANT THIS BOOK!

Little brat! Luckily every boy in the class ran to trade with her. I was so embarrassed. I leaned in and said, you are being very rude! Unreal!
