Back from hours of errands and a dr appt. Got a new preventative to try. I don't hold out great hope that it will be the cure all, but at least it's something to try while we're fighting with the insurance company about the botox.

Good Morning!

We have a snow day here today, thank goodness! I have so much to do and now I have a chance to get a little caught up on things. Hopefully I'll be able to get out and do some shopping but the roads look kinda bad right now. But at least I can do my cards, wrap, get my packages ready for the Post office. Why, even though I buy my presents early, do I wait for the last minute to ship? I have to send 4 boxes to TN.
Maybe we'll have tomorrow off too..... My family's side is celebrating Christmas on Saturday so I have a lot to do to get ready for that. I still haven't even figured out what I'm cooking to bring! Boy do I need to get my butt in gear.

I haven't read back for the last few days. Hope everyone is well!

You'd be suprised. I cant leave a roast turkey on the counter to cool without the biggest one (my avatar pic) climbing up and going to town. It's one of his favorite foods..

I had a zillion cards in the mail today..I laughed out loud when I saw the one with the return address from Andy.

OK, well that totally sucked! Went to the post office to mail my packages. Line was short. I headed back to the car and got the snow brush and started cleaning off the car. I slipped a few times and almost tumbled into the snow bank but managed to mostly stay out of it.
So the car is cleared off, I get in, go to grab the keys and no keys. Where are my keys? Nowhere to be found. I must have dropped them somewhere in the snow. Looked all around, nothing! Of course my spare set I keep in my tote had just gone into the house this morning! So now I'm wet, cold and stranded in the parking lot. I called Aaron to bring me the extra set but he was snowed in and couldn't come help me to he shoveled himself out. That's when I broke down. I am way to stressed and things are not going to get any better until next week. I just can't do this by myself. I had also dropped my purse in the parking lot too and hadn't noticed. Thankfully I found it right away when I went back for the second load of boxes!

I've been dealing with some medical things that I know now I will have to take care of while on Christmas break. Today was the final straw.

OK, time to clean my mess.

A mailman will find them in the Spring! That's what happened to my DM one year. She lost her keys, couldn't find them anywhere. After the snow had melted around the mailbox, we had a big community one, the mailman found them.

I'm hoping they will be found, but unlikely. That snow will get loaded into a dump truck and hauled away. Maybe when it melts in the town dump lot someone will find them and mail them back to the dealership. Their name and address are printed on the fob.
If I contact the dealership will I be able to get a replacement fob thing? Its the kind that unlocks the door and stuff.

Oh Phors It isn't worth the stress. Think about what you can let go of or delegate and just relax a bit. I am having to do that a lot this year. You will have your family with you and that is all that matters.

You know where to find me if you want to talk. It isn't like I have much else to do!

I wish I could delegate, but there is nobody to delegate too. DH is traveling again and the kids have school and work. Saturday is my family's Christmas (29 of us) and I'm not even done shopping for that. Plus when I get home tomorrow from work I need to grocery shop and cook for that.
