Yes. It is. We had to deal with it when my Dad had cancer. In some sort of twisted way, they think that they are helping others deal with it. I guess if you are pissed at them, you won't miss them as much when they are gone![]()
Yes. Very. And you're right. In a way it seems like you're sparing them the pain of watching it if they aren't around. I know, I know. But honestly, I still have many days I think Dh would be so much better off without having the burden of worrying about me. I feel bad that he's not getting the life he signed on for and he deserves a real wife, one he doesn't have to take care of all the time. When he said in sickness and in health, he expected some health out of it.
