PMS in a Handbasket--Don't be afraid, just bring us food... Part 21

I do the girls showers from outside of it. Just make them get in and get wet, then I open the door and put the shampoo on, then shut the door and let them rinse. Then same thing with their scrubbies and soap. I put a towel down outside the shower, but really not much sprays out.

The five year old is old enough for that, but the three year old would brain himself.

Lara, you need to take care of yourself before you can take care of your family. And sorry if I'm being too blunt, but your husband needs to get with the program. Dads don't watch or babysit their own children, at least not in my book. Maybe time for a heart to heart with him?

I'm late as usual for my appt.

Merle, speaking of those margaritas, we need to talk about your rental car. ;)

Oh really!

Hi...stopping by while I eat ***munch munch munch*** Merle, I'm NOT eating popcorn :thumbsup2

I'd slow down, but then I feel guilt. The husband "watches" the kids (they all lay on the couch and watch cartoons together. Last night I got home really late because I had a late meeting and then I had to stop and pick up my laptop. I walked in and asked if they'd eaten and of course :confused3 eat? How do you do that? So I made them dinner, but didn't have time to eat any myself.

I knew I had a meeting tonight, so I quick made tonight's dinner last night so that I only have to heat it up when I get home and I can run to my meeting. Before I leave for the meeting, I have to get the kids clean because they'll be in bed when I get back. DH can't do that because we do not have a tub this week because of the renovation (and he will not get nekkid near the children...we have to get in the shower with them).

Did I mention that I had a dream last night that I was getting divorced?

But you are eating raviolli aren't you? :sad2:

And I think you need to have a come to Jesus meeting with the DH. ;)

hiya pixie...you're the sweet one ;)

Awwwww.. Thanks..although I am not feeling sweet at the moment.

Would anyone care to answer why a person would give a flying fig how old a kid in a stroller is at the parks??????????????

I just don't get that debate.

I don't get it either. IF they fit, who cares?? DD7 was out of a stroller at 2, even in a mall, I made her walk. But in Disney, she was in one until just this year! It is just too big a place and it wasn't worth the whining to not have one. Plus, I need a place for my junk!

I dont know and some people have to be arguing over something all the time.

:rotfl: Yes, it would be a headache for sure, but not in the pain in the head kind of way.

Yes, Paige is nice, albeit a bit snarky...and she's smart, but I'd also say that she''s a bit on the stubborn side. Not that I'd know stubborn. :lmao:
I want to be something, what am I?

Okay, do you guys say LAW yer or LOY yer????

I think I say LOY yer, I'm sitting her saying it over and over in my head and that's what it sounds like.

Why do people quote pictures on picture threads? That annoys me. But the food looks yummy!

It annoys me that I can't see the pics here at work!

Okay, my lunch now seems pretty crappy after seeing the Food Porn. I want to try it all. :woohoo:

Okay, probably not all, I am a picky eater, but I want to try a lot of it!

And even that Fiesta Margarita looked pretty good!;)

Is it time to go yet?????

 Afternoon! I'm pooped. Work is really kicking my butt.

So glad to hear Angel is doing A-OK! Thankd Goodness!

MissJ-don't feel bad about my post. You said you watched her kids so thats a big help. I was just curious because I know if was me I'd offer. :confused3
No biggies really, just was wondering what others thought. I don't mind doing it but in a way I feel obligated now like I can't go do anything else right from work. I had to go get blood work but I took her home first because I felt bad to just leave her while she waits around for a cab. Oh well, its a problem I created so I will deal with it.

Hi Birdie! I'm not sure which one I am around here but I'm always good for a lift somewhere! :lmao:
