OMG!! 1300 sq ft for only $150k??? I wish I could get something like that around here

That is just the finished space. There is a full unfinished basement that we used quite a bit too!! Gotta love living in the boonies--cost of living is so much lower. Lovely mountain views off the back porch. Of course you live in Mayberry as the trade off, but since I have moved they built a Target and a few more real chain restaurants have moved in.

I miss it there. I really did love it.
