Uh, I have nobody to deliver up here
Geez, I could never be that far out in the sticks. My parents are out in a dead zone too. Drove me nuts growing up. I have to be near some sort of civilization. If I can't get to a Walmart within 15 minutes then I am too far out! And as scatter brained as I am I have to have a grocery store within about 5.
Hmm, how does one get stuffed from ice cream.....less of course they have been smoking something fun and had lots of it!
So I called and ordered the pizza, and the total was 22.71. Then he asked how I was paying and I said with a check. And I know the check charge is 30 cents. So he goes........"Okay your total is going to be............your total is............there's a 30 cent check charge, so add 30 cents to your total and that's your total."He said "It's 22. 71 plus 30 cents." And I said........"So that's........" He said "Just add 30 cents to it and have your check and ID ready when he gets there." Click.
Poor guy, couldn't add that 30 cents in. Pitiful. I'd have held him back in second grade.

I know who is buying a round of drinks in 5 weeks!Still at work here. At least it finally has slowed down. I just got off lunch and now I get to sit around until 10:30. Of course I've been here since 6am, so it's some great OT. That and I'm back in at 6am tomorrow, so I get turnaround pay

Caro- I'm keeping your mom in my prayers!
Paige- they hired a new girl to cashier at school and she doesn't know how to count back change. I tried to teach her but she has no clue. It's $2.25, take 3 quarters (75 cents) makes $3.00, A dollar makes $4.00, another makes $5.00. A $5.00 makes $10.00 and a $10.00 makes $20.00. Nope, just doesn't get it. The kids stand there with their mouth open in shock, no joke.
She wants to use a calculator to figure the change. She was told no, learn to count back. Sad these days that kids don't even know basic math.
Can you all believe that tomorrow is my sons 1 year wedding anniversary! Talk about time flying!!!!

Our Chinese places still deliver. Dominos and Papa Johns are my two least favorite pizza places.How come pizza is the only food you can have delivered anymore? Even the Chinese places don't deliver. I don't feel like cooking or going out and DH is gone for the day. I don't want pizza. I really want to order in Chinese, but none of them deliver.
I have money people! Just bring me food!
He's a good kid, though, and deserves it. 4's, when Alyssa was working at Ledo's she was amazed at how one girl could not make change.
