Good Morning....had a nice big cup of coffee while I read and caught up .
I slept good but my hip is hurting really bad today. I rolled over before I went to sleep and the sacro joint popped really loud DH asked me did I hit something.

MM, xanax affects me hours later.

What is your intial reaction to it, how does it make you feel? I don't feel a thing, only the tummy anxiety disappears. It doesn't knock me out either, just relaxes me enough to blissfully drift off for a good hour. Not sure of my dose though, I don't have any right now.

I actually have Lorazepam now, which is exactly the same for me, same effect. 1mg tablets.

4's, yes, it sounds like you need to be checked out. Keep working on your husband. Tell him the sooner you make your airline reservation the cheaper it will be.

I'm glad I go back to my pain dr on Monday for another injection since it still hurts from the standing I did on Sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to get an injection right before WDW, too.

Lara, that thing is freaking me out. And we have gone through the up in the middle of the night thing. I just tell her do NOT come out of this room, and to go back to sleep. He is a little young for a clock. We have done that with DD7, given her a clock and told her until it was 7:00, she can't get up. Maybe tell him he isn't allowed out until the sun comes up.

I think a visit to the Dr. is in order soon. My legs are giving me trouble again. I thought it was from working and being more active on them but I should be past that by now I would think. Bleh.

Injections for pain relief seems like such an oxymoron to me .

If I take a whole xanax it makes me sleepy. Of course when I was really taking them I was taking more than one, so naturally it hit me hard.

The first time it didn't hurt at all and the second time (in a different place) it did hurt, but only for a few seconds. I was sure sore that day, though.

What is happening with your legs? I have a bulging disk and a cyst on my spine and it gives me trouble all the time!

They hurt and sometimes they feel weak like they are going to not support me. I had this problem some time back (coupled with other symptoms) and they started suspecting MS. I went to the Drs and had various tests done, all except for the spinal, which they still want to do. My thyrid was out of whack so they said when that gets settled back down we will go on from there since that could have contributed. I do have a back problem and my fibro so it could be anything. I have a walking disability as it is, I just don't want it getting worse.
Somedays it sucks being me. LOL

Off to get ready for work I have to leave early because it's weigh-in day.

Yeah, it's kind of the lower back/butt. Paige knows exactly where it is... I have lidocaine patches to wear on my back every day, but it takes scissors to open the package. I didn't have anything to get it open in Richmond, but knew I had fingernail clippers in my van. Paige and I drove to the shopping center where we were meeting everyone and before we went in I was going to put the sticky patch on. Trouble is, it's hard to do with clothes on, sitting down, so Paige was helping me...I had my pants unzipped and was leaning over, but someone had pulled up nearby who seemed to be watching us. After he left we did get it on.
