My husband, son and his wife went fishing. Makayla slept over her other mommom's house and my mother is in her bedroom reading the paper. It's so quiet....I just want to enjoy it! I don't want to go to the freakin' Acme.

Good morning. We're just waking up and will go eat at the breakfast buffet before figuring out what we're doing today. I really want to crawl back into bed and sleep for awhile since I can't keep my eyes open, but I don't want to miss the food.

Hey, kids. What's shakin'?

It's been a crazy busy weekend around here. I made the mistake of trying to do some shopping yesterday on the last Saturday of tax-free week here, with school starting in less than a week. I still haven't gotten everything that Bryan needs for school. I'm such a procrastinator. We did get shoes - a size 13. Of course, he's nearing 5'11" after this summer. The kid is a giant.

Tig and Paige, glad to see you both around again. Missed you guys.

Breakfast was very crowded, but Jake and I found a little table and Ben and Zach ate in the room. Still deciding what to do today...Jake wants to stick around the hotel, swimming in the pool and watching tv, Ben doesn't want to do much, which leaves us with Zach who I think actually wants to do something.

Good morning, late start. I have 10 hours of actual driving, which translates into at least 12 hours of traveling, maybe more depending on traffic.

My husband called to tell me my son's hamster died yesterday, so I have to break that news in a minute.

Walked in the door and the phone was ringing. Had to go pick my dil up at the dock. She got seasick out on the boat.

Now I'm back and about to go vacuum the pool.
