Why does my coffee pot keep turning out lukewarm, weak swill?![]()

Where did you usually have coffee, from that pot, or at work? Could be yours needs a good cleaning.
Morning friends!
Ugh, my body is so sore. I hadn't done very limited activity (other than walking WDW) for about 2 weeks. What do I do? Teach a step class on Monday (btw, haven't done step in about a month), take a Body Pump class (weight lifting) followed by teaching Body Flow (Yoga, pilates) on Tuesday. Finish it off with a 5 mile run yesterday. Yowza, I can barely walk. Squatting for the toliet is another story entirely....
It ought to be interesting when I try to teach Flow again this morning.
How is everyone else doing this fine Thursday? Gotta get ready for the snow...

Good Morning. Today starts changing my dietary lifstyle. Too many wake up calls in the last few months, and I only have about 3 pairs of pants that I can even squeeze my fat **** into.
I am off to the library after I drop off the kids to get some cookbooks on healthy recipes.
I hate cooking lunch, especially since it is only for me now. Is it considered okay to just eat the Lean Cuisine's and WW frozen dinners?????? I really need to be thinking Heart Healthy. DH and I both have family history of heart problems.
It's okay, just don't make them a daily thing and have a salad or another vege with them. One of my favorite lunches is a tuna salad. I take salad greens and put them on a plate. Then I drain a can of tuna and put it on the lettuce and squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice on it. Salt and pepper, or Mrs. Dash and its ready to go. Very good.

Another good thing to do is start cooking with olive oil, if you don't already. I use it for everything and you can't tell the differance.
