plus size people on Universal Studios and Islands rides

So its been several years since we have been to the parks in Orlando and weve both put on the middle age weight. Im about 5'5 weighing about 230 my waist is about 46 inches now and most of my weight is in my rear and thighs and butt, we love the roller coasters and Ive heard conflicting accounts about modified seating on some rides. Has anyone been recently, mostly I really want to ride the new Harry Potter rides and the Mummy. My husband weighs a little less than me and most of his weight is in the waist. Any and all info is appreciated. Thanks
