EDITED: THE FIRST 7 OR SO PAGES CONTAIN MUCH TALK OF A HALLOWEEN OR CHRISTMAS TRIP. OUR DATES HAVE BEEN DECIDED ON AND SO THE KIDS WILL NOT MISS SCHOOL WE ARE GOING DURING OUR APRIL BREAK 2012. SOOOO 12 MONTHS TO GO FROM THIS POINT OF EDIT (4/5/11) LOL! WE ARE VERY HAPPY ABOUT OUR WEEK AND ARE READY TO BOOK SOON!!!! 12 MONTHS OF PLANNING COMING UP!!! THERE WAS ALSO TALK OF MY STEPSON NOT COMING. WE HAD A TALK THE OTHER DAY AND HE REALLY DOES WANT TO GO JUST DOESNT WANT TO MISS SCHOOL. WE'RE ALL SET NOW AND HE'S COMING. VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT TOO.
WE ARE GOING BACK TO DISNEY WORLD!!!
Our last trip was May 2009 and we cannot wait to go back! We do not have set dates yet as we just decided we'd go yesterday.
Here is my family in Disney World (5/09)
This was our first trip staying at a Disney resort. We had such a wonderful time!
This is who we are:
Me: I'm Pam, the one who sits around and plans these trips! That's not all I do though. I work full time and take care of 3 kids/ 4 on the weekends.
Dh: Manny. He is very excited to go back to Disney. Before our first trip he was excited to be going, but he thought there was just going to be stuff for the little ones. He had no idea even our 12 year old would have a blast and so wouldn't we. Manny did get the flu half way through our trip though. So he did miss out on a lot. I trudged along with all 4 kids by myself the last 4 days of our trip and did just fine. We brought him up some food and drinks every morning before heading out.
Emily: My very first little daugther. She is going to be 12 in June. She talks about Disney a lot and is probably the MOST excited to go back even though we all are. She is a Haunted Mansion fan and even has drawings and pictures of it in her room. She still can't wait to see the characters and get autographs and pictures. Her favorites are Chip and Dale.
Lizzie: She will be 10 in June. She's a tiny little peanut and her little sis is cathcing up to her in height. Lizzie is a Dumbo fan and we had to make a strict plan last time and get to that Dumbo!!! We did of course and she was SO happy. She bought herself a Dumbo stuffed animal and Loves him
Lizzie has the best personality in the world. I wish I had a personality like her. She is happy all the time. No matter what's going on. She just rolls with it all.
Samantha: SHE IS 7 TODAY! HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY SAM! She loves the princesses and was most excited to meet Ariel on our last trip. She loves rides and really wanted to go on all the big ones last time but she was too short. She has met that mark and can now ride along with us! She's gonna have a blast.
Anthony: He is my stepson, he's 14. I saved him for last because when I first started my PTR he was not coming. Happy to report he IS coming and we're very happy about that. This would have been the first family vacation without him, and while I know it has to come one day, we weren't ready for that yet. Anthony isn't too much into "big" rides, his JOY of the trip will be eating. What else would make a teenage boy that happy. He's most looking forward to riding the Tomorrowland Speedway.
I named my pre trip report what it is because we are now all tall enought to ride together. My kids LOVE rides I LOVE rides. We cannot wait.....Oh but what about Manny you ask? Well Ride lover.........not so much. I have gotten him to go on a few rides at amusement parks but he doesn't really do well. Poor guy! He likes to watch us enjoy ourselves though. I'm thinking because he has no excuse to sit out this year with "short ones" that maybe he'll do more. Now i'm not expecting him to ride everest or anything but I think I can get him on Big Thunder Mtn, Test Track, Dinosaur, and Primeval Whirl! I'm gonna try! He does enjoy all of the other rides and attractions.
I'll post more recent picturs later and Where we are going to stay!

Yup I think December should be pretty awesome. I've been reading December TRs and the decorations look so pretty. We'll have to go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!
I mean, I mean no, I would never do anything like that. I just happened to see your post during my break.....
Victoria and I went during Christmas in 2008 and we also went to the party and really loved it. I think you all will have a great time!!! If you love Christmas, you will love Disney at that time. Everything is soooo decorated!!
I'm just waiting for Emily to finish her homework....it's one of those nights that I had to remind her that if she didn't stop to complain 9 times it would have been done and hour ago! 
Just do the work!!! And she really doesn't get all that much homework!!! This drives me nuts!!!
Not sure why. Poor kid.....
