Thank, yes he's resting....for now...yeah, he's a typical "boy" On saturday, which was the first day after the incident, he said "i feel like i've been home for 3 days, I gotta get out"

Ok, now on to the happy part of my last couple of days! So my birthday is coming up! May 27th! I AM GOING TO BE 30!!!! Now because my birthday is over memorial day weekend we always have a cookout and a cake for me on memorial day after the big parade. So every year I do enjoy my bday mainly for the fun weekend. Me and Manny don't usually do presents. WELL, because this is my big 3-0 Manny has something planned. Now let me just tell you, Manny is not one to put surprises together. He's only wrapped a gift maybe once or twice in the time we've been together. He'll buy something 2 weeks before Christmas and be like "here hunny, I got this for you for Christmas" still in the shopping bag from the store I've just always been fine with how he is with that stuff. It doesn't excite him to put surprises together....fine...So now he's got this surprise in the works for my birthday AND HE TELLS ME NOW!!! NOW!!! 6 WEEKS AWAY! How am I going to wait that long. It's been a long time since i've had a surprise coming. I feel like i'm 5 waiting for Christmas morning. Now I know how the kids feel when I put gifts under the tree before Christmas and they just have to look at the wrapped box.

So I started asking him "questions" and at first he said he wasn't answering any. Now I believe he's enjoying the fact that he's torturing me with the wait so he's been vaguely answering questions. I got that: It's not something I'm going to open. We have to go somewhere to get it. We are going to spend the day somewhere. I may or may not be able to take a part of it home, he said it depends. I asked him depends on what and that he would not answer. He said it's costing him a lot and he's doing a lot of work for it. This past saturday he was gone for a few hours, he said he had to go meet with someone about my surprise. He did say it was about an hour from our house? He also had dirt on his sneakers when he got home? Like that dusty dirt, not dirty backyard dirt? I was thinking a few different things, but then he'll answer questions and i'll be like "well nope it can't be that then " I'm sure some of the answers i'm getting are not real though. That's how he plays...so i'll just have to suffer and wait and wait and wait...... Emily does know a part of it, but SHE IS NOT TALKING!!! I wasn't really asking her though because I know if I make tell me she'll feel bad she told, I don't wanna make her feel like that so i'm not even asking her.

SO I HAVE NO IDEA! BUT I'M EXCITED! I'm going to work on my bday which is a friday. I figured why waste a vacation day when everyone will be at work and school that day then we'll just have the night. So I'm working on my bday which is always fun, i'll get a cake. Then we'll have an awesome weekend, Saturday is when i'm getting the surprise. Sunday is the day we go to Canobie Lake Park, and then monday is the big parade that passes our house and after that we'll have a cookout. I Wanna have my pool all ready to go before that weekend too!

So that's my excitement!!!

So I saw my brother again today and he is feeling even better! My grandmother went home from the hospital today too. My cousin and aunt are going to be sleeping over her house this week!! We don't want her to be alone just yet!

I absolutely LOVE surprises but I am VERY difficult to surprise. I tend to figure things out. When my ex proposed to me I figured it all out! I kept tormenting him at dinner and I had already called my best friend BEFORE we went to dinner and told her that I was getting engaged that night. After he finally proposed and we were leaving dinner I told him that we needed to go by Heather's house because she wanted to see the ring. He looked confused & asked me when I had talked to her. I told him that afternoon & his jaw about hit the floor. He couldn't believe I had figured everything out.

It really actually STINKS that I am so observant and the people in my life are SOOOOO not sneaky. I really do LOVE to be surprised but it's just very rare! I am sure whatever he has planned will be wonderful!

Yes unintentional of course. I was mad that they wouldn't smile for a nice pic so Anthony could have it at home. These are his best buds from our campground. But after I saw the pic at home it became one of my favorites.

His hair is a little shorter right now. BUT he does say he's getting a haircut for the summer. Mainly before we go to our campground so he doesn't have to worry about it in the pool (Cause he of course cares what the girls think now so he can't have a messy head of hair)

EDITED TO ADD: I WAS AGAINST THE IDEA OF THE MINI BIKE AT FIRST....CAUSE COME ON....IT GOES 50 MILES PER HOUR, WHAT IF HE FALLS.....BUT HE'S VERY RESPONSIBLE ON IT, HE DOES NOT GO THAT FAST. MANNY ON THE OTHER HAND....WELL HE'S ANOTHER STORY. THE VERY FIRST TIME WE TOOK IT OUT HE ALMOST FELL. I WOULDN'T HAVE FELT BAD BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO FAST AND TRYING TO TURN AT THE SAME TIME....I SAID "WELL ANTHONY, YOUR FATHER IS ALWAYS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF WHAT NOT TO DO"
