Plumeria's Weight Loss Journey - 7 Months Until WDW!!

Happy Tuesday! Here's what I had to eat today:

Breakfast:
Glass of Silk chocolate soy milk
Half of an orange muffin

Snack:
Yogurt

Lunch:
2 slices of roast beef
Pepperoni bread
Mineral water

Snack:
Pepperoni bread
Peaches

Dinner:
Scrambled eggs
Bacon
Hash browns
Cranberry juice (no sugar added)

Snack:
Lucky Charms

I am off to watch American Idol. GO ADAM!:woohoo:
 
Hi there! I snuck a peek at the scale this morning, which I should have done. I am still at the same weight, so I am going to need to step it up the next three days if I want to meet my goal on Saturday. It has been raining every day this week, so walking or swimming is out for exercise. I have been using the stair-stepper briefly each day, to get used to that. Boy do my knees burn afterwards! I guess that's a good thing though lol!:banana:

Okay, food for the day so far:

String cheese

Dinner:
Spagetti & meatballs

I think you have some good goals set up for yourself, 1-2lbs per week is a safe, healthy rate of loss. :thumbsup2

Hi, remember me?:rolleyes1 I am back to try again after a somewhat large absence. I haven't been doing too well with my diet or with exercising. I haven't gained any additional weight, but I haven't lost any either. It's just so hard to keep focused when stressful things happen. But, I figure I have to keep trying, right? So I am going to take it slow at first, and try to eat healthier and get a little exercise each day. Here's what I've eaten so far today:

Breakfast:
Yogurt
Grape juice (no sugar added)

Snack:
Small handful of almonds

Lunch:
PB&J
Mineral water

Snack:
Pepper jack cheese stick (like string cheese)
No sugar added applesauce

Dinner:
Two pork ribs
White rice
Cucumbers
Watermelon

Dessert:
Two small cinnamon twists (the ones you make from a can)

Misc:
One Jolly rancher
Sugarless gum

Sorry readers, for abandoning you! Hopefully you can give me another chance! I could sure use the support!:hug:

Happy Tuesday! I am happy with how I did today. I even got a little exercise in on my stairstepper. I need to build up my strength gradually on that thing. I didn't realize how weak my knees are lol! I managed 250 steps, which is okay I guess for my first time. Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Yogurt
Grape juice - no sugar added

Snack:
Small handful of almonds

Lunch:
PB&J
Mineral water

Snack:
Pepper jack cheese stick
Applesauce - no sugar added

Dinner:
Spagetti w/meatballs
One slice of Texas Toast
Mineral water

Dessert:
Watermelon
Small slice of lemon cake

Except for dinner and dessert, I basically ate the same thing as yesterday. No veggies today though.:rolleyes1 I will make sure to eat some tomorrow! Good night!:goodvibes
 
I got on the stair-stepper again tonight and did about 312 steps, and then after that went swimming.

Breakfast:
Chocolate soy milk
Yogurt

Snack:
Almonds

Lunch:
Spaghetti & meatballs
Mineral water
Applesauce

Snack:
Pepper jack cheese stick
Watermelon

Dinner:
Pot stickers
Rice
Cucumbers

Dessert:
None - I'm so proud!:banana:
 
Happy Thursday! I wasn't too hungry today, so I didn't eat much. I live for these days - when I'm not craving junk food all day long. If I didn't have that problem, I'd be skinny by now!:rotfl2: I didn't get on the stair-stepper, but I had had every intention of it. Unfortunately I remembered when I was in the shower. Too late! Oh well, tomorrow is another day!
