Pls help 1st timer traveling end of February

I've read every thread but can't find an answer so am hoping for some advice.

Family of 4 traveling to WDW from AK. We'll be there from 2/23 through the afternoon of 3/6. All 4 of us are huge HP fans so going to Universal is an absolute.

My first question concerns the number of days to go. My kids likely won't want to ride any roller coasters or the big thrill rides (no Tower of Terror types...) If that's the case, can we do both parks in one day given the time of year we're going?

Speaking of the time of year we're going, I'm trying to decide on which day to go. I have it narrowed down to a Monday or Wednesday.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

I would just get a one day park to park ticket and upgrade it to a two day if you change your mind.

It shouldn't matter which day you go.

Keep in mind that the 2 or the 3 rides in the WWHP area are thrill rides. The Journey is fast paced, tosses you around some and uses strobes for effect. The Dragon Duel is a high speed roller coaster. Both are really cool - but definately thrill rides.
