Pleeeeeeease help me make this idea I have a reality

I have an idea. My dd15 will be turning 16 Christmas Eve. She wanted so badly to go to Panama City for her 16th birthday. However, that is not possible being as it will be too cold to swim or get in the ocean. So we are taking her to Panama City in a couple of weeks for her unbirthday. I am going to make this into a 1/2 birthday since she will be 15 1/2. The whole theme will be 1/2. For instance, 1/2 cake, 1/2 plate, 1/2 napkin, 1/2 blown balloons. You get the idea. She is wanting to go to Pineapple Willy's really bad. I was hoping someone might be able to make me a coupon that I could put in her 1/2 card that says something like:
This coupon entitles you to 1/2 off any t-shirt at Pineapple Willy's gift shop.
Good for anytime between June 15 and June 18, 2011

What a cute idea. Sorry I'm not of any help on disigning BUT this completely reminds me of the end of Willy Wonka when he's in his office and everything is cut in half.
