Pleasure Island restaurants

I have never been to this part of DTD (I never got further than WoD and the Lego store, lol), so I have a stupid question about it.

I remember (maybe from quite some time ago) that you needed extra admission to go on Pleasure Island. Is this still the case? If yes, do you need it to go eat at e.g. Planet Hollywood, or is it just to go to the clubs?

Ah, the good old days.......

Pleasure Island (PI) has been revamped, and now you can walk through freely. Planet Hollywood (PH) is outside of PI 'proper', but even so, you only need an admission ticket to get into the PI clubs themselves.
