I have not returned to the park post covid procedures but will be returning in June staying at YC. No worries walking to HS and Epcot, but AK and MK are my concerns. I understand the park parking lots open 45 minutes to an hour before official park opening, and the parks frequently open these times as well. We will have a car and will try to time it to arrive at the AK parking lot at 7am for an 8 am opening (whew!). Previously unless you could walk to MK from your resort, buses were always quickest way to get there as you avoided the TTC and monorail/ferry waits. But now? If buses start running an hour before official park opening as I have been reading, and we need to get to the resort bus stop and hour before they run, wow! So, buses or car to MK?

I would still bus to MK for 2 reasons 1 you still have to use a Disney bus, monorail or boat to get to gate and 2 no trams in parking lot esp at end of day walking back to car after walking all day in the park. also if you are too early you can not get in parking lot line and have to go around again. while others who time it better can be in line before you get back around
