Please Walk Me Through BWV Early Check-in via Tiffany W/ Grocery Stop??

I expect to get to BW about 2pm on Feb 28 '07 after a grocery stop and I'm new to this resort and DVC properties. Where will we get dropped, does the check-in procedure differ from a 'normal' hotel and I take it they'll refrigerate our stuff that needs it? WHat's the chance our room will be available? After a 9 day stay we'll be moving to a WDW resort to be determined yet, will Disney send our luggage along? Sorry for all the ??? and thanks for any info offered.

Tiffany will take you to the main entrance at the resort where Bell services will unload your luggage and hold it for you while you check-in. If your room is ready, the Bell staff will deliver your bags to the room and if it's not yet ready, they will store it and put perishables in refrigeration for you.

When you move to another resort, Bell services will make arrangements to deliver your luggage to the next WDW resort. Plan to keep any needed items with you, since your bags may not be accessible until after 4PM - they moev the bags at their convenience. Otherwise, you can always just take a cab and make the move that way for about $15.
