That Express Pass is different than the FOTL that you receive when staying onsite.....We are staying at RPR in July and that perk is the biggest reason for us staying there!!!!

yes it is different, Express pass can only be used once per attraction and is an additional fee for park guests. FOTL is unlimited and is included for hotel guests with no extra fees
