Please tell me about pressing pennies

There is a mix of both. There are now more of the automatic ones now. The ones that you crank are very hard for young ones ans if you go to slow the penny can be warped

My kids love to collect pressed pennies. We look for them everywhere. You can check pennycollector.com for machine locations. Also, you can find the books to hold the pennies in most gift shops. We usually pick them up at our zoo. They have them there for $4.99 and we get a discount for being a member.
