Please..SOMEONE...Reassure me..

We only booked our trip about a month ago and feel fortunate that out of 8 nights, we have 6 or maybe even 7 ADRs that we are excited to try. For those, we have seen at a minimum...mixed reviews....and for some of them really only positive reviews...

Then, there is our 8th night...I have yet to see a positive review that I can remember...but it really wasn't an option...We couldn't find anything else that was available so we took it...hoping to change later, but still aren't finding much that will work....

It is at the HOLLYWOOD & VINE.....Can anyone say ANYTHING good about the place?? Desserts? Anything?

We had our best server ever -- Disney or otherwise -- at H&V in January. I can't remember his name off the top of my head, but if I get a chance I'll go back through my stuff and look it up.

The food was okay. We all found enough to fill up on. It wasn't great. It wasn't remarkable. But it wasn't horrible either.

If you don't have what you want. Keep trying back either online or through the phone. I have changed my ADRs several times over to tweak and get exactly what I want. I even got LeCellier well after the 90 days. And just a couple weeks ago I booked Tusker House breakfast which was booked solid. So just keep trying!

PS, I have heard nothing good about Hollywood and Vine. I'd try for either 50s, or Mama Melrose if you want a place at DHS.

P.S. I'd keep looking for something else, as Kaigler suggested. Something is bound to turn up.

we did not have any issues with Hollywood & Vine in 2008 other than the usual loud, hectic, busy that is all the Disney buffets. The hot food was hot, the cold food was cold, everything was cleaned up immediately as spills happened and food was quickly replenished. We liked most everything we tried...sure there was some that was just "o.k." but plenty that was good, too. We liked the desserts.

I know there are non-stop negative reviews of H&V on here...but the truth is the place is always packed so there must be people who like it

But agree with the others, if you really don't want that one, keep trying because stuff opens up all the time. I've been trying to get Kouzzina for several days now, with "no availability" from 4o until closing. Today, just 16 days out, bingo it's available, right at our preferred time. Pixie Dust to you!
