Just wanted to see if anyone wanted to share their new rate that they got today with the August room only rate. I am not going until November but I think some people must be very excited today!!

Value resorts are $74.00
Moderate resorts are $94.00
Deluxe resorts is $109
AKL $199

I got a $74 rate at Pop, but in standard room. That's $83 including tax.

$74/night at POP Century. Thing is...that I think I'm going to rent points from a Diser for Wilderness Lodge for 130/night (no tax). Now i have to make a decision. I'm talking to my son. The WL seems like a place where we'd spend more time...so if it's Parks all day he wants then we'll do POP, if he wants to hang out at Hotel more...then we'll do WL... the difference will be $47/night for 3 nights...so a savings of $141 is the WL really worth the extra money? I wonder what the rate for WL would be with the new code?

It is definitely worth an additional $141.00!! If you are renting pts, I am assuming you are getting a studio at VWL. The studio is much, much nicer than a regular hotel room and WL is a much nicer resort than Pop. Don't get me wrong, we like Pop very much but it can not even begin to compare with WL.

YEAH!!Thanks for the info, I just called and got $74 at the All-Star Movies, it saved me $23 over the AAA rate (we're only going for 2 nights this time). I debated upgrading to a moderate but I don't think it's worth it for such a short trip.

I got mine at PORFQ for 8-7 for 7 nts.

$94 standard and
$109 for a king room.

These are the same rates we paid last year. I thought they might go up.

I just talked to Disney and my orginal quote for WL/Standard View/Dreammaker Silver Package was $1617.60. Now I upgrade to Woods View/Silver Package and my new total after the August promotion is $1354.10!!!!!
I am extremely happy about this. If there is a better deal out there to be had please let me know!!
I can not wait to go. I will be spending my 29th birthday in Disney which I have not visited since I was 11.
Oh forgot to mention that rate is for 2 adults.

my husband just recieved a post card $49 a night for the Values.
It was good for part of July and part of August.
Quite a shame that we can not go until November.

I got AKL for $124 a night using the new August discount code. I booked it right from the Disney website. I think the code is AZR, but you might want to double check that. Go to reservations and then special offers. Then you can click on August resort savings.
