Please review my dining plan

Maybe one of your Denny's breakfasts could be a Mimi's Cafe breakfast! I like Mimi's so much better.....

Our extended family had our best lunch at French Market... soup in a bread bowl, po' boy sandwich, fried chicken and mac n cheese for the kids. Next trip we will try Cafe Orleans.

Also... if you end up not wanting or needing a full meal, check out Royal Street Veranda.. soup and gumbos in bread bowls.

Goldenhorseshoe was not good the last time we were there (2005). We liked the pizza place in Tomorrowland much better.

Have a great trip.:cool1:

I love :lovestruc soup in a bread bowl from French Market!! I always get the beef stew, yummmmmy.

Where exactly is Mimis? I just chose Dennys cause it is right next door to our hotel. (We actually only have 1 Dennys meal left, the other was taken up by White Water Snacks, thanks to Bumershoot!!)
We are going to Cafe Orleans because I want to try the ever famous Monte Cristo sandwich without paying BB price!!

We really enjoyed French Market - the soup (soup of the day was cream of wild mushroom - yum!) was really good but unfortunately you get more bread than soup in the bread bowls. The fried chicken was excellent - very crunchy, fresh tasting chicken, not greasy at all. There are three big pieces so you can share! My ds11 had the fettucini jambalaya style and really enjoyed it. The cost is very reasonable and the setting is so pretty!

We also dined at Carnation Cafe for lunch and even met Oscar! The food here is very fresh and tasty - again, great value for Disney.

Storytellers - breakfast food was good but we booked to see Chip and Dale and they left before visiting us! I asked the CMs about them a few times, was assured they would come over but then was told they had left for the day. So, if you want to see all the characters, you need to be there before 10:30.

Our general plan was quick breakfast in our room or on the go and then one sit-down and one counter-service each day except for our last day when we did two sit downs (lunch at Carnation Cafe which is not very heavy food). You want to leave some room for snacks!

We enjoy breakfast, snacks and dinner. More than that and wouldn't able to walk around. But, that's just us.
