As there is no official list yet released of when each area will be decorated for Christmas at WDW please post any locations where you have spotted decorations already done during your recent trip. Thanks for the info. Ho, Ho, Ho.!

P.S. Last year they started with Pop Century on October 28th. Followed by the merchandise shops at AK and MK on Nov 3rd and Epcot Merchandise shops and POR and FQ on Nov 4th.

The contemporary was decorated last night. Remember though that pop was decorated early last hear but did not even open untill the middle of December. So we cannot really predict pop based on last year.

Some of the Boardwalk decorations were up Friday morning (11/5) and when we returned in the afternoon there were more. We also walked over to the Yacht and Beach club and saw some there. Christmas music was playing in the Boardwalk lobby and shops.

Thanks everyone - it is so exciting to hear that some of the decorations are going up already.

Sorry that the link to the holiday decorating schedule still shows last year's information. (Wonder who actually inputs the info - if they get it straight from Disney - or is it compiled from a list of first hand sitings?)

We were at AK today and saw some trees up in the gift shops!

We were at the Boardwalk tonight and all of the hotels are decorated and trees are up.

When we went to WDW in early November of last year, they had decorated the ASMu and DQ.

Are the lights lit up yet? I know come places are decorated, but do they turn on the lights?

On Thursday (November 4th), the day we left they had decorated the French Quarter overnight. They have placed 4 Christmas trees, fully decorated and lights switched on, in each of the 4 corners of the lobby and decorated lamposts with garlands and lights - very pretty and a nice surprise in the morning!

We were at the AllStars this week and they had their trees up

I AM EXCITED TOO! WE USUALLY GO THE WEEK AFTER THANKSGIVING AND EVERYTHING IS UP AND CHRISTMAS BEAUTIFUL AND THIS YEAR WE ARE LEAVING TWO WEEKS EARLIER AND I REALLY WAS WORRIED WE WOULDN'T GET THAT CHRISTMAS FEELING. HOPE THE BEAUTIFUL WILDERNESS LODGE WILL BE DONE WHEN WE GET THERE. 5 MORE DAYS!!!!!

BC had their tree up in the main lobby, their were wreaths everywhere, and garland hanging from the rafters. The posts outside had garland, lights (yes they were lit) and decorations on them. The Villas had their large tree up and several smaller trees were all around the villas and the beach club. Boardwalk had swags of lights lit outside. WL had their gift shop windows decorated also! It was a great surprise to wake up to see the BC all done!
