If you are starting a thread which relates to a certain date or date range, please put the date(s) in the title.

If you put in words such as today, tomorrow, yesterday, this week, next week, last month you can confuse the readers.

If a particular store is holding a specific promotion for "today only" once "today" is over the promotion has ended but it is possible that the thread will get occasional posts to it which brings it back to one of the front pages of the index.

This can confuse and/or annoy people when they find out this special was ten days ago.

I know it takes a couple of seconds extra typing, but you help out lots of people.

Posts DO have a date attached to them.
It shouldn't be that hard to figure out.

But then I would have to actually figure out the date of today! :teacher:

And then I would probably realize how close it is to Christmas and how much stuff I still have left to do.

And then I would start to stress out.:scared:

And I might have a nervous breakdown.:scared1:

And they would have to give me a pretty white jacket and take me away in an ambulance.

And would miss Christmas with my family in New Jersey.:guilty:

 On second that, that might be a good way to get out of it!

Okay, today is 12/15/08 :woohoo: Let the breakdown begin!

The title does not have the date- it just shows when the last post was. A lot of people (myself included) don't always check the date on the initial post when they open it. There was a thread on the budget board that was bumped from 2006 about the Disney Store Black Friday sale. About 10 people posted on it before someone noticed that it was 2 years old! It would save time for others to add the date to the TITLE on things that are time-sensitive. It would also help to keep old threads buried, especially when using the search function.
