I think Saturday night NG is a recap of the week.
I think you're right, I must have missed the part about the odor in the yard.
I think Saturday night NG is a recap of the week.
you would be surprised... women come in our hospital all the time claiming that they are suffering from post partum depression long past the 12-18 months of typical cases.... I am not saying it's realistic... but probable none the less
I am 59yrs old, had 6 children 2 yrs apart with a set of twins in the middle. Back in my time you may have cried a little because you were exausted but NOT ONE time did you hear of mothers killing their babies. I have always thought of post-partum depression as a way for the monsters to get rid of their children. I just think it will be wrong if she plays that card next. I just hope that baby is alive and being taken care of by loving people. This is just tearing me up.
me too... and I agree.. I must admit that my hardest rotation in nursing was psych... I like my mom before me really can't comprehend mental illness... I realize it is a chemical imbalance but despite myself I really have a hard time understanding it... A part of me wants to scream "GET OVER IT" I know that sounds insensitive but I have taken care of several people just in my family alone, very sick people... so when I see some spoiled brat crying that they are depressed I feel like shoving zanax up their........ fill in the blank
I cried alot when my DD was a baby as well from exhaustion but then again I could also choke it up to really being a kid myself... never did I want to harm my child
Yep I know what you mean. In this day and age seems like some mothers are born with the maternal instinct and others aren't and flip out instead of putting their chilren 1st. That's why I think a lot of grandparents are raising their grandchildren. Back in the day we wouldn't have wanted anyone to raise our kids but us. You'd just have a good cry and say "self pull yourself together the twins need fed or whatever they needed mom". I want the good ole days back.
I don't know if this is 'new' news,it's the first i have heard this, but i have just found this---(i don't know how to post links-so have copied it for you all)this is referring to the 2nd call made by Cindy...
While a dispatcher was transferring Cindy Anthony to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, a snippet of the mother and daughter's conversation was captured.
Cindy Anthony: 'Cause my next thing will be down to child (inaudible) thing and we'll have a court order to get her. If that's the way you want to play, we'll do it and you'll never. . .
Casey Anthony: That's not the way I want to play. . .
Cindy Anthony: Well then you have. . .
Casey Anthony: Give me one more day.
Cindy Anthony: No, I'm not giving you another day, I've given you a month. . .
The conversation, and the recording ended when an Orange County Sheriff's Office dispatcher picks up the line.
Cindy Anthony and her husband George visited Casey in Orange County Jail, where she is being held on more than $500,000 bail. After the visit, George Anthony, in good spirits, said the couple would be speaking publicly soon. Asked by reporters if they had good news, he said, "Oh yeah."
He also said Caylee is alive.
--------------------------------------------------
So if that conversation is true-then the Grandmother knew all along that Caylee was missing.x.
I have been following this thread+finding out what i can on the internet about this poor little girl,as we don't have much coverage if any, over here.I can't seem to find any updated news-would be grateful for some links-if there is any updates-thank you.
I don't agree(normally) with judging someone until there is proof/evidence of this. But i do believe and agree with most if not all of you on here that, that Mum(can you even call her that??)has something to do with her missing daughter.I believe she has sold her or done something a lot worse to her-God forbid.None of this really adds up.As for the Grandmother-i don't know what to believe about her,at first i thought 'no' she has nothing to do with this or doesn't know anything, but now i am not so sure. One statement that she made sticks in my mind, the one where she said about the trunk/car smelling of a dead/decomposed body-a foul odor.I have never ever smelt a 'dead body' and hope never to,so i sure as heck wouldn't have a clue what one smelt like.To me this is a very weird statement to make-of all the things she could have said it smelt like-she says a 'dead body',and is now saying she doesn't remember saying this.
I have also just listened to the phone conversation that Casey made to her Mum,Brother+friend-very weird-nothing 'adds up'.
I hope+pray that Caylee is safe, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be looking very good-i hope i am wrong.x.
While I would feel this way too- I'd want to kick the girl (my daughter) in the pants until she started talking, I could also see that type of approach having the opposite effect on Casey. She'd probably clam up even worse if her family acted hostile toward her. At least if they ACT like they are on her side she may finally feel safe enough to confess to them. Then after she confesses, they should REALLY let her have it!What bothers me the most is the mother is still enabling Casey. When she calls her in prison, she says "sweetheart". I'm sorry, but if my daughter was that nutty and had lost my grandchild, you betcha I would not be calling her sweetheart! Someone needs to give Casey a swift kick in the *** to get her to spill the beans. She knows EXACTLY where Caley is and who has her. She is probably just happy now that she has all of this media attention.
If my brother or myself were involved in something like this, my parents would be cursing us out on a daily basis until we felt guilty enough to confess.
I don't see her as enabling her. I see her trying to get that grandbaby back, If Cindy went in there yelling and screaming at Casey how much do you think Casey is going to tell her momWhat bothers me the most is the mother is still enabling Casey.
