I dont know about you but I have had it with that Tag Fairy! Its one thing to poke a little fun at someone but to write false statements about someone is libel. Let alone the threatening tone in some of the TFs tags. (HEYY!!!!! WHO are you calling goofy??..indeed!) I am officially naming the DIS and that darn Tag Fairy(s) in my defamation of character lawsuit. Dont worry Pete I have the resources to fight you..I have taken on many rich and powerful company owners in my time. After this suit is over with

Since that Tag Fairy screwed around with my tag I have had nothing but heartache. I use to have one of the (if I do say so myself) coolest tags on all of the DIS. Some of you might recall it was the Click here for your prize tag. (man did I reel in a lot of suckers with that one hey opry1 dont worry your prize is on its way) Ok I will admit that the TF did jazz it up a little by making it blue and underlining it but that was then this is NOW!
Because of the TFs little adjustment to my tag I have actually noticed a vast drop in not only my thread view counts but also my thread reply counts. (why its even affected my *** life I cant blame my wife who wants to be with someone who doesnt get the big numbers anymore) I went from having the all time biggest DIS thread to having nothing. (the guess the big announcement thread got 800+ replies and 30,000+ views in something like a week..thanks PP) (beat that water boy and Swan girl!) I have even received hate mail because of that little picture of Simon and the two little words my hero. Gee I never realized how much people hated that guy. (and anyone who calls him their hero!)
You think your little adjustments are harmless dont you..well think again. Do you want to explain to my 2 DSs why they are getting beat up at the local playground? Yes word got around fast that their fathers hero is Simon. Dont forget that 50,000 DISers have access to the DIS and a lot of them are from Jersey. The DIS getting that little mention in Consumers Report magazine didnt help matters for me either now the world knows that charlie,njs hero is Simon. I am canceling any future trips to WDW because of the TFs little adjustment. I can just picture my family getting pushed off of the PotC boat by an angry mob of lime green t-shirted Simon hating DISers. Or worse yet my family being tied down to that totem pole in IASW for hours on end listening to THAT song! (the horror..the horror!)
So step right up and join the lawsuit we need to do something about that silly little Tag Fairy(s) before it is to late.
If you think this is a joke then think twice. Notice it scared CC right off of the CB. She didnt want anything to do with a lawsuit. (Dan this lawsuit doesnt involve you so please start posting a little more)
So list your grievance against the TF here. I will gather all of the information and pass it onto my brother the attorney. He promised to do it all pro-bono. (no relation to sony-bono)
PS I am hoping this lawsuit also forces the TF(s) to reveal its true identity. The courts wont go for having the DIS Tag Fairy listed as one of the defendants on the documents.
