Please indulge me. Newbie SW question...

Hi All.

I have never flown SW before and am getting a little spooked about the online check in. We have 8 people in our party...all on the same ressie #. When I log on to check in, do I just put my name in and then everyone else's name will be pulled up as well? Or will I have to check in all 8 people seperately??? Thanks for you r help !!!!!!!!

If on one ressie, all will be there, you just click 'select all' and then the check in button

Like the above poster said, you just check the names of each person..

Once you see that it is confirmed they will show the tickets available to print. In the past sometimes I have had trouble printing them.. do not worry! You can print them at the airport when you get there for your flight if you have to... as long as you see the screen that says they got your check in info and you are whatever group you get you are golden!

I know they get a bad rep with their reality show, but they have the best attendants and are my favorite airline!

We just used the new Early Bird feature and paid 10 bucks extra each way for each person and they check us in 36 hours ahead instead of 24. Now I don't have to worry about where I am to check in...load of my mind, our first flt SW,too.

Thanks so much for clarifying that for me. I feel much better now. Now if I can just stop obsessing about everything else I'll be good to go!!! LOL
