Please Help!!!!!

Please help me!!!I had an earlier test to test my counter but it didnt show up....I did EVERYTHING :I made the counter,i copied and pasted the counter into my signature then i finally did the test and the only thing that came up was my favorite quote!!!!!!!!!!!!everyone elses appears fine to me but my doesnt appear on the screen.....
