Please help this OT understand GAC for a family going soon (before 10/9)

Hi I am a huge Disney fan and OT in school system as well. I have a family that I work with traveling out next week to Disney with a son who has autism and physical disabilities. Please help me understand the whole GAC process for them. Thank you for all your help.
