I will NOt be arriving today!!!
covid!!:-(
Was supposed to be myself DD, DM and friends from 1/1-1-5 OKW.

Now only original person will be my DD. She going tmrw AM with friends.

MS is closed!!!

I need to tell OKW I am not arriving today. And only my daughter from original reservation will be I need to change names…

also I need to buy a park pass for DD boyfriend. Can I switch my park reservation to him?

also magical express…. Day 2 should I book that?

I would attempt to find a number for the resort and let them know best you can. Even if it goes to a call center, tell them that you need to let the resort know you are arriving a day late.

The issue will be adding people this late in the game and you won’t be able to do that until tomorrow and most likely, she will have to at the resort and hope it’s not an issue,

You can not transfer any park reservations. You will have to add them with the ticket when you buy and hopefully all parks are still there. If not, cancel yours first and go right back in to try to get it back. That worked once for me,

There is no longer Magical Express so that is not an option. I believe all arrivals had to be no later than 12/31. You’ll have to arrange your own…Mears connect is operating now.

but that's the same number that shows up for Bay Lake Towers

Click on modify reservation (if you can) in your dashboard and switch out one of the guest names, even if you can't switch out the lead guest. Or add a guest, if you aren't above occupancy limits.

Do online check in with a NOTE that late arrival, won't arrive until 1/2 due to transportation issues.

another website gave me these phone numbers for the resort, including fax:

Maybe you can fax them via your computer?

I got through to a call center and they said they made my DD lead and arriving tmrw….

I figure I call MS tmrw and get the names sorted before arrival…

OP here update.

Everything worked out. Someone actually called me back after I spoke to call center.
They confirmed my DD is primary guest and I added other names.

I also was able to buy a pass for DD’s BF and have her get him an unavailable MK reservation. Since myself and mom were cancelling.

Next day I called MS and they confirmed info and ask about availability OKW.
They had 4 nights OKW, 2 nights Riviera then I had cash CBR last night. ( only available at time. Not available but lCM strongly suggested I keep trying.

I check later and OKW was available for the last 3 nights so they don’t have to switch and I save money on CBR!!

Uber she said was $53 before tip.
