Please help!! Need advice!!

Last minute trip for this weekend and pretty much going just for the Star Wars attractions. Got the 3 day Florida resident pass and made reservations for Epcot Friday, HS Saturday, and AK Sunday. I’m so worried we won’t get a boarding group for Saturday. I realize we can try again at 2:00 and I also saw the procedure changes this week to 7:00 am for getting the BG. I just looked at the calendar and HS is still available for Friday too. Here’s my question. Should I change my Epcot reservation to HS for Friday (also keeping my HS res for Saturday) and try to get BG at 7:00 am and if I don’t get it, switch back to Epcot for Friday? Is there a chance that Epcot could fill up?? Thanks for any advice!!!

Starting Nov 3 (tomorrow), you’ll be booking online at 7am for the day. The 10am and 2pm booking times are ending.

Thanks yes I’m following that thread as well and like I stated I know the time will change to 7:00 am starting tomorrow. I was worried about changing my reservation from Epcot to HS on Friday and if I don’t get the BG, switching back to Epcot on the same day. As someone else replied, Epcot won’t fill up so I should be ok with this plan

I would 100% recommend this. The chance of you being able to switch your second hollywood studios day to a different park should you get the boarding pass on the 1st day is muuuuuch higher than you being apply to switch a different park for an HS reservation in case you are unlucky on your initial visit to HS.

The 10am is moving to 7am and will be done while outside the park. There will still be the 2pm release, which requires you to be in the park (or at least have entered at some point that day).

OP, yes, I would absolutely book two HS days in advance if that's what is most important to you this trip. From what I can see, Epcot pretty much always has availability, so there is a very good chance you will be able to switch to that if you decide you want to.
