A friend suggested a letter from Mickey and I stumbled on this awesome thread. I started reading the stickies and reviewing the work here...AMAZING!!! I'm taking my grandchildren to Disneyland and California Adventure in 6 days. But I'm a little overwhelmed by all of the information and choices. Where do I start? Are there some good blanks for DL and Carsland? Cinderella?

Will you please post the dates and times for the meals? For clarification, what is the Minnie breakfast. I didn't see it on the Disneyland website.
Since it is short notice several DISigners might be able to contribute. I don't have many DL invitations.

Dee, my nieces loved the Minnie/Plaza Inn breakfast invite you did for them. It was for Serah and Lindsay. Can you re-use that one for her, but replace the names?

It was a red/white polka dot border w/ Minnie in the corner.

I got home and checked my post and got choked up. I have spent so many months thinking about this trip and how to make it extra special for my grandkids. I am in awe of your ability to capture the "magic'" of Disney. Your talent and your generosity with your talent is amazing.

I'm not too sure how to respond to all of you, so please bear with me and correct me if necessary.

DeeHill I LOVE the Minnie Polka Dot invite. Would it be possible to edit it to include all of the activities we are planning for that day? "David, Sylas, and Victoria, You are invited to a special breakfast with me and all of my friends. We can't wait to see you again! This afternoon, make sure to wave to all my Pixar friends at the special parade. And tonight you will see an amazing show...World of Color. It is going to be so much fun!"

Pennyring Victoria will fall in love with her BBB invitation. I'm guessing she will want to frame it and hang it in her room. Would it be possible to add, "You and your family are invited to a special luncheon at Ariel's Grotto with the Disney Princesses"? I don't mind a basic font in the body to fit all of the additional information and to keep it kid-legible.

RustManFan The Mickey heads are AWESOME.
Would it be possible to add the year to all three?
Would you also make one for Adam and Mateo including the year (my other grandsons who already visited Carsland this year)?
Can the Mickey heads be converted into magnets? Is there a thread for how to do it?

Procedure question...I really like some of Absolut Mandy's designs. They would be perfect for daily letters/ invites to the kids. Do I contact her directly or is that disrespectful to other disigners who might be working on my original request?

a) Mater Invite for upcoming trip
On the billboard on the left "Welcome Figueroa Family".
In the octagon on the right "I heard you are coming to the cutest little town in Carburetor County! If you're hungry, fuel up at Flo's V8 Café. I tell you what, it just don't get better than this."

b) Mater Invite for past trip with other set of grandkids
On the billboard on the left "Kovac Family".
In the octagon on the right "Thanks for stopping by the cutest little town in Carburetor County! I'm glad you fueled up at Flo's V8 Café, met my best friend Lightening, and danced with DJ. Watching you boys race sure was something. Shoot, my favorite part was getting to tow you around!"

In your Photobucket folder there is a file "Carribean Beach-invite-Downs Family". I would be very grateful if you could edit it to say
